Located in a lush natural setting within the heart of Obihiro city, this is a place to enjoy the winter scenery of Tokachi, created by the harsh winter, and unique outdoor activities for adults in Tokachi during the depths of winter. Enjoy a relaxing time while sipping tea. Restrooms and a wood-burning stove are available. Depending on the temperature, you can witness stunning views of hoarfrost, sea mist over the Obihiro River, and the distant Hidaka and Higashi-Taisetsu mountains. Depending on weather conditions, the Four Seasons Terrace along the Obihiro River is a beautiful spot where hoarfrost often forms on the embankment and riparian forest. You can also sometimes see the snow-capped Higashi-Taisetsu and Hidaka mountains in the distance, making it a breathtaking scenic spot and a great photo opportunity—a stark contrast to its urban location. Be sure to capture the unique scenery with your camera. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities for adults, including viewing jewelry ice, chairing and personal foot baths, freezing soap bubbles (crystal balloons), and ice flowers in air! At the Four Seasons Terrace in downtown Obihiro, you can see preserved, real jewelry ice even if the conditions at Otsu Beach are poor. Warm your feet in a personal foot bath while enjoying the scenery from a chair, and depending on the temperature and wind conditions, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as freezing soap bubbles (crystal balloons) or freezing hot water in the air (ice flowers in air). Breakfast box featuring carefully selected local ingredients included! Although simple, each person will receive a breakfast box filled with carefully selected local ingredients for your enjoyment.
